Toposcope is a project for gathering, developing, tracking, and organizing topics, terms, and articles -- personally, collaboratively, or publicly. See: 

1. Topics folder, show below, where I put the new topical note docss I steadily create and edit. 

2. Topics directory document, which contains a lot of older topical notes that don't yet have their own file.
